Purpose
Measuring which channels — search engines, AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini, social, referral links, or direct — lead to enquiries, and how visitors use the site more generally (pages viewed, enquiry form completions, case studies read). No advertising, no third-party sharing, no cross-site tracking.
Lawful basis
- EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland visitors: consent (ePrivacy Art. 5(3); GDPR Art. 4(11)). Switzerland is rolled in with EU/EEA treatment rather than given separate handling. Nothing is written to your device until you press Accept — this applies equally to attribution data and to Google Analytics; neither loads before then.
- Australian visitors: this notice serves as the APP 5 notification.
How to withdraw
A "Manage tracking preferences" link appears in the footer of every page. Selecting it lets you change your decision at any time; withdrawing immediately deletes the attribution record, removes the Google Analytics cookies, and stops further capture from both.
